2 months agoJeff Lichenberger did a great job for my wife and I. He was patient, kind and was very informative. He was happy to answer our questions and talk us through what was most beneficial for our situation. We switched from a different tax advisor we had used for a few years and it was a night and day difference. We will definitely be returning year after year

a month agoWill not ever go Total income tax again been there 8 years.The person was doing it retired didn't get informed of this till taxes came.Guess what happens 100 dollars more said prices went up ha they don't know other people was pay 200 3years back.plus didn't get refund only State very small amount.The lady doing wasn't really Professional lady had before Would turn Screen and explain everything and what was what taxes was taken out she did none of seem like a hurry job And then to come find all this out I owe and all of this other stuff Then expect me to be happy. People be warned.

a month agoI have to admit that at first I had a bad experience but in the end they solved my problems and also did everything possible to repair the chaos that had happened to me thanks to Yuli who was the staff that was assisting me and who gave me a solution to everything at the end of all the disappointment I also give thanks for having solved my problem leaving me more satisfied with their work and thus being able to recommend them.
