a month agoThey are fine to use for basic income tax return, but didn’t file additional income from a rental property properly. Them being the experts, I thought they would ask me to provide the necessary documents for the tax return, but they did not. I assumed everything was done properly, as I’m NOT the expert, and it wasn’t. I had to insist they file an amendment once the error was brought to light, and I was very close to being unable to purchase a new home because of it. They are also extremely hard to get a response from via email or call back, forcing me to be annoying and call asking for updates during the amendment process. My new tax accountant found another error in their past return, so I emailed asking for another amendment which has resulted in zero response back. Do not recommend their services if you need anything more complicated than a single W2 tax income return.
