My experience with RWM & Company has been extremely disappointing. For weeks, I tried to reach my assigned accountant, Kyle, about important tax matters and received no response despite multiple messages and follow-ups. I even spoke with someone in the office who assured me I would be reassigned to another representative, but no one ever contacted me. What made the situation worse is that personal and business information of mine was discussed with someone who is not authorized to be involved. I had specifically informed the firm that I am the sole owner of my company and would be handling everything myself. Learning that conversations were happening without my knowledge or consent destroyed any confidence I had in their professionalism. Communication was consistently poor, commitments were not followed through, and the handling of my information raised serious concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I need to clarify several inaccuracies in your response. I have documentation showing multiple unanswered phone calls and messages made over several weeks, including calls placed after I was told I would be reassigned to a new representative. I also have screenshots confirming that requested documents were uploaded promptly, followed by repeated messages through your system asking how to proceed — messages that went unanswered. Regarding confidentiality, my records clearly show that I am the 100% owner of the business in question. There was no ambiguity in the documentation provided to your firm. Your response states that conversations involved individuals “previously identified as connected to my business.” That statement is incorrect. I explicitly advised your firm that I was divorced and would be handling all matters independently moving forward. Any discussions about my personal or business tax information with another individual were unauthorized. Additionally, despite my requests, I have yet to receive a complete copy of all files and records that were in your firm’s possession, including workpapers and correspondence, which further contributes to my concerns about how this matter has been handled. This experience was not about unwillingness to provide documentation — it was about lack of communication, lack of follow-through, and concerns regarding confidentiality and record handling. I stand by my review so others can make an informed decision.

I have used this firm for years for my personal and business accounts. They are thorough, available, and detail oriented. They allow me to focus on what I need to knowing they've got the financial side in check. As a small business owner, that's a godsend!
