3 years agoAfter my old accountant's retirement, I had to do some kicking around, and had poor results. Peter Burgos came to my attention, and when we met, I felt optimistic that I had returned to the land of professionals. The staff's handling of my paperwork was clear and questions were answered promptly and sensibly. Some months after tax season, I had a question that I thought might take a day or two to get answered. Kim asked ME if I could hang on just a bit -- to make things quick -- and she was able to figure out and explain the matter in 10 minutes. Even in the days when I expected a higher level of professionalism than I usually see now, this group would have been a standout.

4 years agoI’m extremely happy with the company’s service, from the beginning of the process until the very end everyone I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable and patient, which I appreciated. They took their time with me and explained each process. They were detailed and organized in their request and responses to me. Kim is the BEST! I felt safe talking to her. She is polite, positive and professional. I will be using their services again.

4 years agoI have only the best to say about this business as I've always been nervous when it comes to filing my taxes. This year was no different. However, I received the best of expertise, knowledge, and above all patience from those that spoke to me from the beginning to the end of the process of completing my taxes. I thank Nicole who takes the calls and made sure I had all my paperwork, Kim who walked me through the questions I had, Mohammed and Grace who worked on my taxes. Of course there is Peter who gave me advice for next year which left me smiling and thinking. Yes, taxes can be nerve wracking but they made it palatable.
