2 years agoAfter my old accountant's retirement, I had to do some kicking around, and had poor results. Peter Burgos came to my attention, and when we met, I felt optimistic that I had returned to the land of professionals. The staff's handling of my paperwork was clear and questions were answered promptly and sensibly. Some months after tax season, I had a question that I thought might take a day or two to get answered. Kim asked ME if I could hang on just a bit -- to make things quick -- and she was able to figure out and explain the matter in 10 minutes. Even in the days when I expected a higher level of professionalism than I usually see now, this group would have been a standout.
