4 months agoThis has been the worse CPA office I have ever dealt with and I used to work with CPAs back when I worked as a staff accountant. They nickel and dime you for everything. If they respond to an email from you, you will be charged $90 even though they don't bother to inform you of that beforehand. Same with a phone call - if you're an established client with them they will charge you for a 5 minute phone call. Do yourself a favor and find another firm to bring your business too. Trust me, other CPA firms don't nickel and dime you like Pantana does. They are awful and I'm so grateful we have found a better firm to work with this year.
