6 months agoExtremely disappointed in last years communication and service from Marc Garcia. Been using him for our taxes for a few years and had never had a issue. But when last year's tax return came back $6,000 lower than expected I knew something was wrong. After multiple emails and a few calls to the office I gave up trying to reach out. Funny thou, how today (6months later) I received a birthday card from this office! Even had the wrong last name on it!! If your a big company I'm sure the service is great. But for a family, forget it. You will be put on the back burner for sure. Definitely going elsewhere this year!

6 months agoWe had Marcs service for a year and I definitely do not recommend them. They will charge you per month but will not keep up with your books at all.
