I just want to take the time out to praise Lopez & Company for professionally assisting me for the past 9 years. Each visit with Carlos Lopez has been immensely informative, honest, thorough, & attentively satisfying. He even makes it his mission to take the initiative on filing extensions for you, while you may momentarily have alot on your plate. Carlos actually 'truly cares' that you avoid getting penalties. It's feels more like family than business in my strong opinion. What I mean by that is the staff looks out for their clients and has your back, similar to how family members support one another. Tax time can be stressful at times, but Carlos & Team never fail to be consitently understanding, demonstrating empathy, & setting clear expectations with strong communication. Instead of simply crunching numbers, the focus is mainly on building trust, understanding your financial concerns & creating an non-judgemental environment, where you feel comfortable & confident you are in good hands. Another great quality I would like to display about Carlos is even though he may have many appointments back to back, he doesn't dismiss your anxieties of making it before the deadline.
