My experience with LM Accounting & Payroll Services LLC, specifically with Lucimar Musch and Michael Musch, was one of the most stressful situations I have ever faced regarding my finances. I went to their office in 2022 through a recommendation, expecting professional tax preparation services. I was originally referred to Lucimar Musch, but when I arrived she assigned my tax return to her husband, Michael Musch. I explained that I was not comfortable with this because the recommendation I received was specifically about her work. However, I was reassured that I was in good hands. I provided all the requested documents for my 2022 tax return. Unfortunately, the sale of a property that occurred in 2022 was not reported on the return that was prepared. Because of this omission, I later received a notice from the IRS requesting corrections. When I returned to their office seeking assistance, the situation was not properly resolved. Later I received another IRS letter stating that I owed approximately $235.000 in taxes, penalties, and fees, which created an extremely serious and stressful situation. Throughout this process, communication with the office became very difficult. Phone calls, emails, and messages often went unanswered, and I felt that I was left alone to deal with a complex IRS issue that required professional guidance. After months of anxiety and uncertainty, I finally hired an independent CPA who carefully reviewed my case, corrected the tax return properly, and was able to resolve the issue with the IRS. This situation lasted nearly a year and caused significant emotional distress and health-related stress. I am sharing this review so that others can be aware of my experience. Based on what I went through, I cannot recommend LM Accounting & Payroll Services LLC.

I have seen her doing incredible work, with her academic knowledge and her husband also a great specialist, a serious and worthy family business. Family operated accounting and document help. When I was visiting the office two evenings in a row, I was impressed how many people stopped in the office and seemed to really have a personal relationship with Mike and Lucimar. I had a great experience. It’s absolutely about personal relationships with these folks. They have earned my business and my referral business.
