It has been a week and a half since I paid for and picked up my completed tax returns. After reviewing the documents, I emailed Mr. Lawrie and his team with two questions seeking clarification. Despite multiple follow‑up attempts via both email and voicemail, I have not received a response or even an acknowledgment that my inquiries are being addressed. As a long‑standing client, this lack of communication is extremely disappointing. Given the absence of any follow‑up or support, I believe I am entitled to a refund. Their client communication and responsiveness require significant improvement. Based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend their services.

I wouldn't use them if you expecting communication. Was ignored for weeks about an error they made. Had to get the BBB involved to get my corrected paperwork. Only to discover my state taxes were still not filed. We used their service for 15 years and I won't go back.

I've used them for years to prepare our taxes. Judd is also wonderful about answering any and all questions.

Apparently one star reviews are the only way to get a response from your trusted accountants at LD-CPAs. Countess calls and emails won't get you an answer except for a hastily typed sentence at the end of the day your payment should be made, that answers none of the questions, provides no estimate, does absolutely nothing you asked for. For Q2 of this year I had to call and email a dozen times to get an answer. For Q3 of this year, I had an adjustment in income and asked for a revised estimate. It has been 6 weeks. 3+ promises of an answer coming. And then THEY RAN MY PAYROLL WITHOUT ASKING, NOTIFYING, OR TELLING ME ANYTHING. Not the quarterly payment we had strategized, but a regular payroll that took money out of my account that I need to pay my quarterly payment with... Imagine paying an accountant to do your taxes and run your payroll, so that you aren't so worried about money and filing and paperwork and all that minutiae — now imagine doing all that and actually worrying MORE because your accountant straight up ghosts you, promises an answer by tomorrow, and ghosts again and again and again. And then transfers money out of your account that you need to pay your taxes with... without so much as a word of notice. That is the type of service you can expect here. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Update: Since they responded to say they will look into this, I thought you should know: They terminated me as a client 15 minutes before they posted here. Disgusting behavior. First direct answer I get in 6 weeks is that our relationship is "no longer mutually beneficial"... when was it ever beneficial for me? Second Update: They finally admitted their mistake and wished me well... Wish I could give 0 stars. Do not trust these people near you or your business.

I hate giving 1 stars but this place deserves it. I was already late on doing my taxes cause I was extremely busy. I dropped my taxes off with Steve and the guy never called me once in 3 months. Now im that much more late on my taxes and had to hire a new person. Thanks a lot. I personally dont see how this company is still in business. I had my marketing guy go pick up my taxes and he told me the lady was very snappy and not professional at all. I most definitely dont recommend this company and wouldnt count on them to do anything for anyone. Very disappointed.
