Ken Adams and his team are outstanding professionals who truly care about their clients. They took the time to explain my tax options in a way that made sense and helped me maximize my deductions. I feel confident knowing they have my back.

A client of mine recommended Ken Adams and we contacted him for his counsel, however, I could not be more dissatisfied with the service that was rendered. He misadvised us and indicated that we should be formed as an C-Corp and now we have a tax liability of thousands of dollars based on his quick analysis on the phone. He never ran the numbers to correctly advise us regarding our entity structure. Additionally, he charged us and never returned our calls to discuss this error. I would not recommend this CPA at all.

After doing all their work for them by completing an extensive questionnaire and paying an exorbitant fee of $435, they made mistakes on my tax return and accused me of being rude when I returned and expressed dissatisfaction at having to check behind them. Had to go back to the Sharon Office with another issue on the same return and was severely berated for questioning why my taxes owed had increased. Wow! $435 sure doesn’t get you much these days.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a CPA. They took over for my previous accounting company after a merge and have consistently dropped the ball on the most simple book keeping and payroll tasks. To the point it's cost my business time and money to clean up they mess they have made. On more than one occasion they waited until 2 business days before a documents due date to put said documents in the mail, obviously causing the document to arrive to me on or after the due date and costing me $ in late penaltys. Upon my first visit to their office I was barraeted by their unmasked office employee about not having a check book on me. Amber was incredibly unprofessional and had the audacity to try and belittle me and my business for not owning a printer. She even suggested I go to office depot to print my requested documents because clearly that was too much work for her. If you're looking for some one to help a small business this is NOT the place. Avoid at all costs. In the 8 months they've handled my accounts I've only ever even spoken to Ken once and he seemed like he couldnt care less about my business or my concerns. But what do you expect from someone that employees rude their rude counterpart like amber. Never once did I receive an apology for all the mistakes made on their end, it was just shrugged off as not important to them.

I just wanted to let you know about a problem I am having with Ken R. Adams, CPAs, PA. I took my Dad's Trust to them to help with the taxes. They could not give me an estimate on what it would cost but he said he would do the best he could. I went to pick them up and the bill was $885 for the Trust and $300 for the his personal taxes that I had had 2 different places tell me I did not need so I did not accept the personal taxes. They said Ken Adams would call me about this but he did not. They gave me a sheet of paper that said I owed $190 to the IRS and I sent a check to the IRS. I went home and found they had spelled our last name incorrectly even though they had a whole stack of papers. This week I got a bill from the IRS for $8141.25. I took the bill to Mr Adams office. They email me and advised me I had not paid the $7,946 that was owed. I had no knowledge of the $7,946. I emailed them back that at the very least they should pay the penalties and interest. They said it was my fault for not checking my taxes. I have had my taxes done with another firm for years and they always given me the correct amount and charged me a lot less, they just would not do the Trust.
