2 years agoSadly, after great service for the first few years of working with them, they seem to have taken on too many new clients, and their service has deteriorated extensively. We struggled with rude receptionists, lack of clear concern for our unique situation or deadlines, accountants who were uninformed and hard to communicate with... and our taxes weren't done correctly. I am disappointed that we now have to find a new place that is more equipped and willing to offer personalized care and service. Hope you can do better, folks, we loved working with you the past few years!

They've educated us on best practices and provided strong insights on our business and personal accounting -- saving us more time and money than we knew was possible with our former CPA. Their costs are very reasonable, yet they have a great work ethic and always go the extra mile. I've been with them a year but wish I would have found them sooner than I did.

a year agoI only needed their service for a previous year I was late filing. They said they don't do one-off e-filing and when I was about to ask if they suggested anyone else in town, they had already hung up on me. They should clarify on their website that they don't offer this basic service bc it's confusing when they say that they offer individual tax preparation.

We outgrew the solo-accountant we had been working with when we realized that our business needed a lot more like tax advice, business owner retirement savings advice, bookkeeping, inventory management and payroll etc. Henry Waters is sized right for us. They have a skilled team of people to help us with prompt replies to our questions and inquiries and an owner who is on top of everything that happens for quality control. We've found with Henry Waters, you get more than just balanced books / financials, payroll & tax prep – they are always looking for ways to save us money and make us money. It’s a long story but advice they gave us on changing our corporate structure has probably shaved 5 years off my retirement horizon – so you not only get accounting advice – you get business / small business owner advice. My wife and I (who also works in our business) couldn't give Henry Waters a higher recommendation
