Terrible experience. After negotiating a firm price , I was sent a email with auto Document With no pricing . In essence you're signing a blank check. Decided not to use this firm.I emailed every day for 3 days straight , Asking for my Tax paperwork to be sent back to me. No reply for 3 (three) days. Frustrated, I made a phone call, advising Goober Co. that by Florida law and accounting ethics ,They can't hold my paperwork. I will be following up with the State of Florida regarding this issue . Have you ever wondered how some companies never get a bad review? How can It all be a hundred percent(100%) positive. ? I am not a robot!
