Maruja Pabalan is extremely unprofessional, possibly the most unprofessional CPA I've ever encountered. I called on behalf of a previous client of hers whom she is refusing to provide a copy of their accounting records even though their bill has been paid. I called as a professional courtesy in attempt to resolve the issue as professionals, I was yelled at and hung up on. When I called back she answered the phone and set it down. Withholding a clients records when they have paid for your services is against the law. I will be reporting her to VBOA and the IRS for this gross negligence and unprofessionalism. This could have been easily resolved with a phone call, but she chose to yell and scream at another professional of her field for absolutely no reason at all.

Maruja is very good.. she does our taxes... she is always accurate. . She makes you feel like family!!! We've been going to her for 4 years now.. love her. And will go until she retires!!!

Been with them for 6 years now. Ms.Maru Pabalan is such an amazing lady, family oriented and a big hearted person. She will do everything in her knowledge and expertise by Law to help you. God Bless and more power 🏻 Thank You

If i could go lower i would. We went there this year and the service is horrible. This women insulted us. She was very rude. She over charged us. We agreed with $400 and then after our taxes were file she said it went up to $700 because she said “it took more man hours”. I don't recommend this company to anybody. Be aware!!
