3 weeks agoThis place is great if you never plan on having your taxes filed. We originally filed with another CPA who was bought out by Diamant Accounting. They proceeded to lose our documents and then attempted to gaslight us about who was responsible. (It was Diamant accounting). We followed up multiple times, were assured "it was being worked on" and eventually they quit responding. We filed in April, it is now July and no progress has been made. Talented can kickers, terrible accountants. Do not recommend. They're either lazy, incompetent, or actual scam artists. Who's to say.

3 years agoWe received a notice from our previous city that our city taxes were not turned in by our CPA. We contacted Diamant and dropped off the notification to Diamant to correct their mistake. A few weeks later we receive another notice, Subpoena as Diamant never took care of the problem. Approximately a week later they call me to pick up the paperwork. They gave me copies of my taxes, which I already have and how my state taxes said I did not need to file city taxes. Then told me I could call my previous city and showed me the number to call. So after paying hundreds of dollars to have our taxes done they still made no attempt to call the number to fix the issue. DO NOT have your taxes done at Diamant, they don’t know what they are doing and make no attempt even when they have the number to do it!!! They just opened a new office at the corner of JFK an E Ave in North Little Rock. BUYER BEWARE Addendum: I just spoke with my previous city and well mail the necessary information to them that Diamant couldn’t be bothered with. As I’m sitting in their parking lot typing this they place “out to lunch on their door,” and leave for lunch. Sure glad it took me less time to fix this than it did to type this review!
