a year agoI called to get general information about my new small business and Anca gave me great advice and pointed me in the right direction. She took time out of her busy day to help guide me through this very new world of owning a small business. She was very helpful and friendly even though I was not retaining their services because at this point in time my business is too small. Deifendeifer Accounting is definitely a business trying to help other businesses thrive! Absolutely 5 stars!

3 years agoWell, did the check of the reviews and choose this place for our new accountant when we moved to Lima, since their site specified they did small business services. Stopped in, lovely staff, they said Enya would be calling me, she wasn't in that day. Enya called the next day and asked many, many questions--business purchases, where our home was, all my products, and then a red flag went up when she asked about my web site, which isn't under the business name's spelling, so she'd done some serious digging in what I feel was a rather off-the-trail manner for someone not a customer. Questions about our yearly income, my previous accountant and why we left, my five year plan, we discussed equipment I would be purchasing by year's end. In the beginning of the call, and at the office I visited, I explained I was a very small business, no employees. At the end of this 17-minute call, in which she gleaned way more information than necessary from me, including my house location, she said they only handled large clients with payroll and monthly needs, the company would not be a good fit for me. I feel played, she knew from the outset we were small, and now I've lost sleep wondering what she might do with all that information that she didn't need to ask for, or go digging into our LLC and social media for, since she knew Deifendeifer would not be providing us services. Not a good feeling at all.

2 years agoDeifendeifer are absolutely professional and kind every step of the way. They helped with a few issues of doing things incorrectly in the past and helped set up a system with their services where that is no longer a concern. If you have a small business and want to have peace of mind with your taxes year round I absolutely recommend Deifendeifer Accounting!
