**1 Star - Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Incompetent—Avoid at All Costs** Over two years with this firm for our real estate business, we endured constant failures: P&L statements never delivered monthly as promised despite $225/month fees—instead, rushed 3-4 month chunks only after my repeated demands. Machelle was curt and dismissive, admitting delays from not following up on bank authentication codes, and direct bank access took nearly two years to set up. They neglected to prepare 1099s after promising the year prior they would send reminders—I had to remind them myself to avoid compliance issues. Payroll was a disaster: I requested W-2s for both of us multiple times, yet they only emailed my spouse without any communication to me—we didn't even know until we found it in his spam folder after they finally gave a date. They proposed a "makeshift W-2 workaround" because they dropped the ball, with zero proactive planning. Irregular billing like a surprise $900 charge, premature termination of services, charges for incomplete 2023-2025 taxes they never delivered. When I called to clarify, Monica put me on indefinite hold and Christine hung up. No accountability whatsoever. No worries— we are engaging an attorney to recover fees, cover late penalties, and sort this mess. **Total nightmare. 1 star.**

Davis group has done our taxes for several years now and has been professional and extremely helpful. We are glad to be partners with them and look forward to using them for years to come.
