CSI Accounting & Payroll

We have been working with CSI accounting for a few months now. I mainly work directly with Alex for our payroll. Alex and her team have been phenomenal! We came from a larger PEO firm where we were just a number. We used to have to call a 1-800 number to get support and help (most of the time it did not get fixed on the initial call). No more with CSI as they promptly answer questions and dive into the support we need! I love working with the local company and getting the customer service that we get! Thank you CSI for your high level of service and care for your clients!

I work with CSI Accouting & Payroll through a client of my accounting business. The payroll specialist that I have the pleasure of working with, Emma, is wonderful! She is supportive, patient, and pleasant each time we communicate. I am a new user of this particular software, and Emma has been great with assisting me in working my way through things when needed.
