We have been working with CSI accounting for a few months now. I mainly work directly with Alex for our payroll. Alex and her team have been phenomenal! We came from a larger PEO firm where we were just a number. We used to have to call a 1-800 number to get support and help (most of the time it did not get fixed on the initial call). No more with CSI as they promptly answer questions and dive into the support we need! I love working with the local company and getting the customer service that we get!
