I reached out to CSI for guidance as I am a new business owner with little experience. I had watched some videos on YouTube and their content was easy to understand and approachable. I sent them a message and the following day Ryan C. returned my inquiry. He posed thoughtful questions and listened to my needs thoroughly. He was very transparent with me and gave me advice and next steps. Even though CSI may not be a good fit for me right now, he provided links for education and provided contact information for when I am ready to get started.
