a month agoI have used CSI for all of my payroll, bookkeeping and accounting needs for over one year now. I also use them for my taxes, both personal and business. I really appreciate the fact that it is all in one company. They all work as a team and support each other in their roles. Burt, my accountant, has been instrumental in my growing business, taking the time to really hear my concerns and answer all of my questions. He provides me with insightful ways to save money and build up my business. Alex, our payroll specialist, is spectacular. Alex manages a very very complex payroll (everchanging) with such grace and support. Bert, our payroll specialist supervisor is awesome, and jumps in when needed. My books are always concise, thank you, Erin, and questions needing answers are relayed to me in a way that works for my busy schedule. 2 months agoI can't say enough good things about CSI Accounting and Payroll! They genuinely care about their clients and it shows in their exceptional service. Communication is fantastic - they keep you consistently updated on your progress. What could be a stressful process (accounting and payroll) is made incredibly easy with them. Plus, their monthly reports are amazing and provide a clear picture of where your business stands. They clearly love what they do, and it makes all the difference. One of the best companies I've had the pleasure of working with.

4 months agoWe just stated working with CSI for both our companies. Our main contact is Hunter R and he has been the best. He goes above and beyond to help his clients he is very fast to do anything we ask when we text or email on the weekend about a question for the next week he takes time out of his weekend to help. We just did our first payroll and it was very easy to do and Christy and Marie are very helpful when it comes to any payroll and tax questions. I would recommend anyone to CSI and will update more when we have used them longer.

2 weeks agoSave yourself. 1. Read their bios before you engage them. Only Sam is an actual accountant. 2. CSI costs double what a local qualified accounting firm charges. 3. If you use CSI, be prepared to pay for a third party to review your books. You'll need it.

3 months agoI have been with CSI for my small business for a while now and they have been great. They are responsive to my questions, dont nickel and dime me, and always there for the extra help. My payroll needs are smaller and fairly straight forward, and having their help saves me from the frustration of doing it myself. I have already recommended them to other businesses and will continue to recommend them!
