10 years agoAll I can say is "wow"! The team at Business in Balance are really true partners in my business. Over the past 10 years I have used 2 separate accounting firms. Each one functioned basically as a year end tax service and not much more. I also used a big payroll company and was frustrated with all the errors and extra charges. Then I found Business in Balance. It is an accounting firm like no other! The team at Business in Balance lives up to their statement of being my Back End Support Team. Everyone on the staff is genuinely pleasant to work with and we are in touch with them all throughout the month. They have significantly reduced my tax burden. They've reduced the amount of time I need to spend on payroll. They handle all the tax forms that need to be filed throughout the year (sales/use tax, personal property tax, etc). They manage my books without me needing to spend hours coding expenses every month. And they don't just manage my bookkeeping, payroll and taxes... they have made a significant impact on how I run and develop my business. As a small business owner, one of my most difficult and daunting tasks is to find good help. In one of our coaching sessions, we focused on hiring. (What other accountant does that?) The results were amazing! We went from getting a handful of responses to our job ad to getting nearly 100! And there were so many great applicants that we were able to hire the best of the best.
