10 months agoI called this accounting office to ask a simple question about whether they handle the Augusta rule and accountable plans. The person who answered the phone, Julia or Joanne was extremely rude, She never introduced herself, cut me off, and immediately said no without letting me finish my question. Then she hung up on me. That’s not the kind of customer service that I would expect from a professional firm if they treat prospective clients this way. I can only imagine how they treat actual clients very unprofessional experience.
