3 years agoSent a letter last minute that they won't finish taxes started for my husband who is now dying and on hospice with no explanation. Unreliable. Lack of communication. Impersonal.

4 years agoOur taxes were never filed electronically, even though they had received all the paperwork back that was signed, along with our tax prep fee. Yep, they cashed the check on March 29th, but never filed our taxes. So glad I called yesterday.
