8 months agoNo professionalism. I made an appointment online at 9 AM for a when I arrived they were closed. I waited for 15 minutes nobody showed up. Apparently it says at the door the operation hours are from 10 am to 3 pm. I did everything to switch the appointment to another center. I do not feel comfortable sharing personal information with such an unprofessional company. What a waste of time.

a year agoSHADY BUSINESS!! - Misleading and uneducated staff, including management! Fooling clients to believe their only decent Tax Professional no longer does taxes. If you want an honest industry professional you can trust, do not go there!
