Shady predatory practices, bad documentation and trackings, prepaid for our tax services day we filed and requested direct deposit. Mysteriously my deposit was sent to them and it has a $ 120 fee for them to give me a check plus they billed me again the $290 paid the day i filed. When I went to pick up the check I seen it was $400 less than expected and they argued with me saying that’s all they were sent . When I refused and told them I was calling the IRS to get this straightened out they apparently were able to find and show me a break down that they actually got the amount I showed them it says was deposited and the $400 was fees they didn’t know anything about .

The service here was outstanding. Sheridan was who I booked my appointment with very professional and transparent. I would recommend coming here fast and efficient service. THANK YOU Sheridan.

No professionalism. I made an appointment online at 9 AM for a when I arrived they were closed. I waited for 15 minutes nobody showed up. Apparently it says at the door the operation hours are from 10 am to 3 pm. I did everything to switch the appointment to another center. I do not feel comfortable sharing personal information with such an unprofessional company. What a waste of time.
