8 months agoI've been with Accounting Freedom for several years, and it just gets better and better. I'm the president of a small company--very small--yet I'm treated with so much respect and get excellent service. Among other things, I've had to navigate a transition to QuickBooks Online and have felt technically challenged in many ways. (I'm in my 70s. I'm pretty good with technology but not great.) I've received impeccable service from my Client Advisor, Samantha Phillips. Without exception, Samantha replies quickly to my emails and addresses all my concerns. When she was first assigned to my account, she arranged a meeting on-site in Mundelein. She had a PowerPoint presentation ready, and we discussed so many things. (She included a Client Accountant, Leslie Hill, who has been extremely thorough and helpful.) Amanda is so knowledgeable and so eager to help. Her quick response to a challenge today prompted me to write this review. I've also developed a good relationship with my Payroll Processor, Andy Hernandez. I panic at times about payroll-related issues. Andy calmly addresses my concerns. I feel I'm in the best of hands. I'm extremely grateful for their collective expertise.
