The accountant is nice. However, messed up my taxes and made it delay by a year. I went in for a amended return and he printed out a form to mail to the state tax office, Only to be rejected because he scratched out 502 with a pen and wrote 502X (amended) on top of it and the state did the like that. I did call the office to get it corrected and he said he would get it fixed. But it did not work out at all. So I still am down couple thousand dollars. EDIT: To respond to the all cap comment to my review; No, I got my IRS refund. I still do not have my MD refund. I am doing it myself to correct it now. What Comptroller of Maryland sent me: Dear Taxpayer(s) We received more than on Maryland tax return for you for the tax year 2022. The original return has already been processed and any subsequent returns will not be processed and will not affect the original filing. If you were attempting change or correct the information on your original return, please go to our website to obtain an amended return (form 502x). Please submit the completed form along with this letter to ... So yes, Maryland says the accountant sent something other than 502x. Maryland comptroller clearly did not like the accountant just scratching out part that says 502 on the form and writing 502x on top of it.

I do NOT recommend. I chose this agency specifically because the website read they can file electronically. My husband and I went there, watched him submit it on his computer. He said to our faces that he did it. Later the IRS mailed us a fee for late penalty and said we didn't pay our taxes. We paid the late fee and the taxes. We are still dealing with the IRS. We spent two hours of our life with him. He called the tax support number and someone helped him. He said he didn't tell us it was submitted electronically but he diattempted to and said he did. I watched him. He doesn't know how to use the program his office uses. I'm still dealing with the IRS. I listened to him talk for 2 hours his whole life story even a near death experience God bless him. He said his kids didn't talk to him. I just wanted what I thought I was paying for, my taxes electronically filed which he said he did. When I asked for a refund he agreed to pay a 15 dollars late fee. What about the continued hours I have been on the phone with IRS? I don't even trust how he did them. I'm paying someone else to redo last year's taxes. Also my taxes are simple my husband and I just each have one job. Please retire and mend bridges with your kids. God didn't give you a second chance in life just to have your fingers worked to your last day. Especially if you can't even do the bare minimum of the job. Follow the signs in life. It's time to retire God bless you and I hope you make nice with your kiddos. I know you are good man just not great at modern technology and taxes. PEACE
