I have been working with Melissa and her team since the beginning of the year and I more than satisfied with them! Melissa has helped me with moving from a desktop version of Qbooks to the online version and she is way better than any online support I could have received from Qbooks. She has been very patient, kind and a funny during our zoom meetings and I never felt intimidated when asking her to explain things in simple terms for me. She is quick to respond to email questions and has even been known to be working in the wee hours of the morning to address issues and concerns. I highly recommend her for all bookkeeping and accounting needs.

Zero initiative to fix a major problem that they caused. Refused accountability, even after the IRS threatened to garnish wages and there was undeniable proof my taxes were submitted incorrectly. Emails and phone calls were ignored for months. I begged for help dealing with the IRS. We had to switch to a new accountant and spend hundreds of dollars to fix it. I had used them the year before and the lack of follow through bothered me, but unfortunately I gave them another chance. They will not help you if anything goes wrong. Learn from my mistakes and use someone else.
