a month agoThey have done my taxes for 2 years. It is very difficult to get someone on the phone. The primary communication is email and responses are not timely. They did not keep me up to date on what was being done. We provided everything they needed in a timely matter and an extension still needed to be filed. They didn't tell us they were filing an extension. I had to send multiple emails before someone responding stating the extension was already filed. The communication is not the best.

Eddie, Cantrell, and everyone at Wellness Fi have been wonderfully responsive, patient, and helpful in getting my business finances up-to-date and supporting me in planning for the future. Eddie was very prompt in getting out as much information as possible when the COVID-19 pandemic started impacting businesses and when I talked with other private practice owners, they had much less support from their accountants.
