3 months agoTerrible CS now. I used them for 20 yrs. But had to fire them last week. Portals don't work corectly. Receptionist blocks all communications with your CPA. They no longer care about answering clients questions. Receptionist rude and arrogant and talks over you when on the phone. Tells you that any problem is your fault. Now only polite or receptive to other females.
