In my experience, the addition of Drew Pells has caused a massive decline of PNT Advisors from its former standards of professionalism. Communication has often been reactive, and collaboration proved difficult when expectations were not met. Their bookkeeper, based in the Philippines, is someone I have personally worked with and can recommend for her diligence and reliability. In fact, I am how they hired her - that's what good businesses do, help each other. For any business considering engagement with this firm, I strongly advise ensuring a clear written agreement that outlines deliverables, payment terms, and communication frequency. As your business deserves a reliable CPA, it’s important to work with someone who remains consistent and accountable, not one who withdraws from their responsibilities due to missing statements that their own bookkeeper has full managerial access to. JT Pells is a genuinely good person and a respected friend which is how I found this firm. This feedback is shared with the intent of helping him strengthen his company, which has recently shown signs of decline in quality and consistency. What was once a high performing, reputable operation that lived up to promises, now appears to be transitioning toward an outsourced, lower-quality model operationally run by Drew Pells which has been a nightmare for our business. I sincerely hope JT takes this as constructive input to restore the company’s original standards and maintain the professionalism and reliability that once defined it.
