I use Ledgerway for three of my businesses and have been using them for over two years. I question often why am I using them? They miss tax payments, which cost us penalties. They don't deliver the services promised. They double prices each year post sign up and reduce services. There accounting strategy is "do whatever you would like". I think I just love pain and misery which is why I have stuck with them for so long

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a bookkeeping company. They are impossible to communicate with — no responses to emails, calls, or messages. My books were never kept up to date, and I didn’t receive my year-end report until May, even though they had all the information in January. As a small business, I quickly realized we were not a priority for them. I actually had to escalate to the CEO just to get my year-end report. To make matters worse, right after finally delivering that, they notified me that my monthly fee would jump from $350 to $1,800. Completely unacceptable. If you value communication, reliability, and fair pricing, avoid this company.
