Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a bookkeeping company. They are impossible to communicate with — no responses to emails, calls, or messages. My books were never kept up to date, and I didn’t receive my year-end report until May, even though they had all the information in January. As a small business, I quickly realized we were not a priority for them. I actually had to escalate to the CEO just to get my year-end report. To make matters worse, right after finally delivering that, they notified me that my monthly fee would jump from $350 to $1,800. Completely unacceptable. If you value communication, reliability, and fair pricing, avoid this company.

Worst company ever Ledger way knows the best how to charge you the last penny but doing nothing, they are wonderful at wasting your time and make you stress life even more stressful, and they value the labor cost much more rather than the value they can bring on the table to their clients. It’s should be wonderful to work for this company but not let this company work for you. I called the sales guy for refund today, and he said it’s a wrong time to call him, regarding my refund he recommended me to call billing person, I called the admin according to review respond , she transferred me to billing lady, billing lady ask me to wait for her email reply. will keep update of my experience with the ledger way It’s been a month, no reply but two more fake reviews and instead of the contact me and issue refund; they send my information to collection team; now they do do something nothing accounting related update(since google map doesn't allow reply) 12 Minutes ago the company replied to me after one year; I called and emailed your guys hundred thousand times already. DONE OF YOUR ATTITUTE OF PAID IT OR COLLECTION, WHILE I WAS ASK FOR REFUND
