4 years agoWe value customer service and tend to only leave reviews for those who really deserve it. Larry Vance has been doing our tax returns for close to 20 years. This includes not only our personal returns but our company returns as well. We can not thank you enough for your expertise and excellent service. Mr. Vance is always accessible and timely. He is there when we need him, without worry. We have total confidence in Mr. Vance as far as taxation knowledge and professional courtesy. We highly recommend Mr. Vance to our family, colleagues and anyone in need of a great CPA!!!

4 years agoAfter many years of, ok service, Mr Vance prepared our tax returns in 2019 incorrectly. We had another CPA look at the same records for a 2nd opinion, and this CPA confirmed this. We instructed Vance's office, when the returns were completed, to DO NOT efile our return, while we looked into the issue and yet some weeks later, he did efile the incorrect return and without our written approval, as required by the IRS! As you can imagine, we a dealing with a issue, that should not have legally taken place, because of this issue. I cannot recommend this office.
