After working with several accounting firms over the years, I can confidently say that KSDT CPA stands in a league of its own. If I could give 0 stars I would... We contracted this firm 4 years in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021... The first 3 years we were charged an agreed upon price of $800 to prepare a very simple and basic tax return. In 2021 without any advanced notification of a change they attempted to bill us $1500 to do the same return, nearly double what we had paid in previous years for the exact same amount of work! While a modest and fair increase in cost might have been acceptable, this increase was neither modest nor fair... We of course contacted them to complain and heard the same excuses I've seen posted here, employees left, new policies enacted... etc etc, blah blah blah. All of which is unacceptable in light of the fact that they never once notified us of the "new policies and price increases" They conveniently waiting until after the work was done and we only found out when the bill came. They have also repeatedly contacted my place of employment despite being sent a formal cease and desist letter and having all my personal contact information needed to contact me directly. My advise, save yourself the trouble and find a different CPA firm... after they went through whatever internal employee shake up occurred their business practices and ethics went downhill quick... There are plenty of CPAs around, you do not need this one in your life.

PSA- beware .. this has been our tax preparation company for a couple of years and this year has been a big disappointment. In January, I sent them all my documents via email, to prepare my taxes, which are simple. I was notified that the new price to prepare, was more than double last years. Even after accepting this, I continued to have to peruse them, demanding my completed tax returns. Things took a turn the last week of March, I was desperate and let them know I was taking my business my elsewhere. This is when they reacted and gave me a draft to review my taxes, which were very inaccurate to say the least. Fast forward, I had my taxes completed in one hour and they were done correctly, by another company. I wrote KSDT an email letting them know my dissatisfaction. After talking to other customers from KSDT, I was informed that several key employees (which I thought I was communicating with) are no longer working at that company. This has left me shocked and this is why I’m writing this review so no one goes through that same experience as me. D.P.

Ron Abraham is our CPA for over 2 years and I can’t be more happy with his service. Ron is so professional, knowledgeable and shark, and yet so great to work with, so responsive and truly a nice person that cares about his clients. I’d recommend Ron to anyone I know and anyone that is considering hiring him and the firm.

Ron Abraham has been doing my business taxes for a few years now. There is no one I recommend more than him to do your taxes. He is very efficient and helpful. I receive great service year after year and I will continue to go to Ron.
