11 years agoMy fiance gets his taxes done here every year, and every year something goes wrong. This year, he needed a transcript for college. The "specialist" insisted that his original return would be acceptable instead. It was not. Then, months later, the IRS could not find his return on file to send him the transcript. We have the receipt and tax return, but it hasn't helped. Seems a little sketchy when we have papers saying it was filed, but the IRS say they have no records of it. Dare I say scam..?
