I would not recommend this business. My long time CPA was retiring and I reached out to this business last May to introduce myself and see if they were taking on new clients. I was advised that would be no issue by Mark and to reach out again in January to set up an appointment. That I did and spoke to Mark a second time. He again took my contact information and indicated his scheduler would call but she was out that day. After over two weeks no one called me. Again I called and left a VM which yielded in no returned phone call. Now for the fifth time I called and Mark indicated his scheduler doesn’t start until the end of February. One month went by and I finally gave up. If this business is not reliable enough to schedule an appointment then how can I feel confident my taxes will be prepared correctly and on time. Truly pitiful. Update Owner Response This experience has nothing to do with an email. Own it. Respect the customer.

Called and spoke to a guy named Mark about business entities and he was so helpful. He recommended I do a single member LLC and he even took the time to talk to me about self employment tax. Never made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. Great guy.
