I used Josh for my taxes for years and I was with him when he started in a really small office. I always recommended multiple friends to do taxes with Josh because I was confident in the services that he provided until this upcoming tax season. I received a random email informing me that he was gonna press charges against me because I committed fraud and accusing me of filing my taxes after taking a cash advance with this company, which I did NOT. Yes, he did provide me a free quote Taxes like every year, which I was appreciative of, however I decided to file my taxes elsewhere . After I replied back to his allegations, proving that I was in fact, not guilty. The only response I got was that he confirmed that he was wrong, but never one got an apology. I would be very cautious with trusting them with any information or doing any personal transactions going forward this is not what I would expect from any reputable business Just be very cautious moving forward I did put photos below so you can see the allegations that were made towards me. I really wish they would have taken ownership over their faulty. Email and extend an apology and I would have thought about continuing doing business with them, but I will never recommend this company to anybody going forward.

Joshua was the BEST. Very attentive and personable. He professionally walked us through the process and held my hand when I needed him to. He’s always available for his clients. I have already recommended him, and will continue to recommend him to assist others in their home buying process.
