I have been working with investor friendly CPA for over 2 years. While tax filing is there but tax planning is negligible. Additionally, their recent update in software (to KarbonHQ) makes it really confusion compared to their previous portal where I can upload documents for my CPA team including yearly tax spreadsheet. Now the overall process is broken into smaller tasks spread across the board with no clear steps. It has become a task list over email reminders.
