I found infinity Tax and Financial Planning while researching somewhere to have tax services done as a new resident of Huntsville. I had called Infinity first, left a message, and didn't get a call back for a few days. I was late in finding a tax person, being new to the area, so not hearing from them left me to go with other choices. Then, I made an appointment with another tax office. Second choice, but whatever. Then I received a call from infinity and had a lengthy conversation with the office administrator and decided to give them a try in spite of the late call back. I'm am so glad we did! Andy and his crew have been a phenomenally professional and knowledgeable crew of financial professionals that we've ever worked with. Andy is, and has been, helpful in helping us plan our retirement, taxes, and investments. His confidence gives us reassurance and his knowledge allows us peace of mind. The office staff are great friendly people. Everyone seems to get along and the office has a positive presence.

First visit. Everyone in the office was extremely professional, knowlegable and nice. Andy is exceptional - absorbed scope and status of our accounts rapidly, provided immediate initial feedback and described his proposed, detailed follow-up processes. He is focused, deliberate and thorough - exactly what we desire for an financial planner. No sales pitch - just well-founded experience and intense listening skills. This is a family ran accounting and investment business that I have been involved with for over 20 years after I moved to Florida from KY. Andy and his team have become part of my family since day one. Andy has personally been there through my business start-up at the very beginning, to doing both my personal and business tax preparations. They assisted me with family issues, like the loss of my wife last year and now in the midst of my retirement and the financial issues I have had to go through. All of this was done with confidence I had with Andy and his entire team.
