Great company, great staff! I am an independent contractor and always need help with my taxes. Everyone that works there is ready to help and I always feel like they take the time to explain everything to me.

Emailed 6 days ago for bookkeeping help. Never heard back. Not able to answer email inquires from potential new business in a reasonable amount of time? My business went elsewhere.

Matt Anderer is brilliant and has incredible patience with this elder as I learn my way through probate intricacies with grief thinking.

They had one job - file the tax returns on time. They didn't do it. We got hit with a late fee. We started reaching out to them in early March to get a headstart on preparing the tax documents but they didn't get back to us until 4:45 pm ET on Tax day. Even then, the whole return was filed wrong and had to be re-filed. We have discontinued our account but they still haven't sent us any of the bookkeeping documents that we paid them for. Chris Hagen was excellent at communication and occasional advice. Other than his contribution, this was an expensive affair for not much in return.

Since day one all team members was knowledgable and explained every step needed clearly. They are always fast on getting back to us and always supportive for our business. We moved to USA last year and thanks to Howard, Howard & Hodges we are feeling comfortable that our books are in the right hands.
