2 years agoGood overall, but they have used wrong EIN for tax year 2017 and failed to correct it after the promise to do so - "File as is and we will communicate with IRS after 4-15 and have redundant id # removed". For tax year 2018 & 2019 they still used the same wrong EIN without my knowledge. This cased me some troubles correcting things with IRS in the later tax years after I started filing taxes myself from year 2020.
