2 months agoTax year 2022 we used them. I contacted them when no charges went through on April 15. They assured me they went through and said sometimes it takes a few days. Found out later they had a glitch in their software and taxes were paid a week late! Used them again for tax year 2023. Were due a large refund but it didn’t come. Called, emailed Heroux, kept saying they would look into it, finally after a few months I started calling the IRS myself. They had no record of Heroux contacting them! I wound up using the Taxpayer Advocate service myself. Never again!

5 years agoDo not go here, these people are a complete rip off for tax preparation. I was charged $650+ for a Federal and state tax return. No breakdown of why this was so high, no follow-up, no explanation or even told their price would be this high. Unprofessional services and I would not recommend anyone going here.
