My dad and I own a small electrical business, after the death of my grand father and uncle (also owners), we had to restructure our company and that was easier said than done, Herman Singh & Associates helped us all the way, they helped us to S corp.,they take care of our payroll, monthly book keeping which includes monitoring our banks accounts, debit cards and credit cards (what a big stress relief). They are not perfect but neither are we, if they make a mistake they will fix it, if we make mistake they will fix it, and above all their customer service is exceptional which includes phone, email, text messages etc. if i have a question or need advice they will respond !!!
