They have been doing my taxes for years. Friendly, experienced and quick. I would highly recommend.

I used this firm because they were recommended by family. I always thought it was very odd that I was never able to meet or talk to the person preparing my taxes. All question or concerns gets filtered through the receptionist. This last tax season I was appalled when I discovered that they failed to include $27,000 dollars of revenue in my filing. I clearly told showed the receptionist where my annual revenue could be found. Once I realized the error I reached out for an amendment of my taxes at no charge. They willing did so, however, I got a letter in the mail today stating “Termination and Expiration of engagement”. Basically they are irritated with me because they failed to report $27,000 in revenue which was included in all of the paperwork that asked for. The letter was unnecessary for why would I use this form again after such a critical mistake that would have cost me big time under an audit. Within the past 2 years other family member have seen issues such as completely forgetting to file a prepared return. I am ready for their usual response to a negative review trying to blast and fault the one leaving the review as usual. Maybe had I been able to speak to the preparer rather than a pass through it would have been done properly the first time. USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN ASKING THIS FIRM FOR HELP WITH YOUR FINANCES OR TAXES, IT COULD COST YOU IN THE LONG RUN!!!

Amazing! I have been using them since high school - admittedly 10 years. Wonderful staff, (now a wonderful parking lot) amazing customer service - and the best tax skills. They always get my taxes done fast and help me get the most money back! I love them! I will never use anyone else! Don''t overpay and use H&R Block - who have been known to make many mistakes and over charge! You will not regret using Henderson accounting!

I have worked with Henderson Accounting for 20 years now and they are awesome! They truly care about their clientele and that is so refreshing.
