We used Harvest Time for the first time last year and they were great. Tamecia was very personable and thorough. This year, they changed from in person to a zoom session. They also asked you scan all of your tax information to them. We weren't even allowed to go in to sign our taxes. When they prepared our taxes, they didn't include our bank information, so we were mailed checks. When we tried to call the office with questions, we would get the office manager or someone else, and they couldn't answer any questions. We were disappointed this year, and will probably look for a new tax preparer.
