Harvest Time Tax + Financial Services

I have used Harvest Time services for the last 2 years. They've not canceled or ever refused a call, email or request. Ms. Tracy works diligently to assure Ms. Tamecia task runs smoothly as possible. I can say without a doubt- they are among the BEST.

I wish I could add more stars! Tamecia and her team are amazing! As a small business owner, it’s hard to measure how important it is to be connected with professionals that can help me grow my business and strengthen the areas that I may be weak in, but that is exactly what Harvest Time tax does for me. Yes, they take the pressure off of me when it comes time to file my taxes every year, but Tamecia and her team have made me a better business person without a doubt! The wise advice, the attention to detail, the timeliness and phenomenal customer service has solidified that there isn’t any one else I’d turn to for tax preparation or book keeping service. Harvest Time keep doing the fantastic work that you are doing! You are a great credit to the business community here in Georgia!

This is my second time using there service. The first time was everything from the service, people, and their professionalism. This time was totally different. It took almost 4 weeks to get my taxes prepared. This lady name Maria from RCC associates suppose to complete my taxes. After texting and calling her no answer. This went on for weeks of me contacting Maria. For the prices this was unacceptable. But what I can say is Harvest Tax was very apologetic while handling the situation and got it done once they heard want was going on. Harvest time contact me several time to make sure I was okay and was everything done to my satisfaction. Thanks again for the work that you do.

We used Harvest Time for the first time last year and they were great. Tamecia was very personable and thorough. This year, they changed from in person to a zoom session. They also asked you scan all of your tax information to them. We weren't even allowed to go in to sign our taxes. When they prepared our taxes, they didn't include our bank information, so we were mailed checks. When we tried to call the office with questions, we would get the office manager or someone else, and they couldn't answer any questions. We were disappointed this year, and will probably look for a new tax preparer.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here, especially with tamicia, I trust her work & craft she's been professional & promopt with her business. Iv been a customer for 3 years now referred by another client and I do not plan to go anywhere else. Tracy the office manager is always a peach, she's so friendly informative & prompt, this office is most definitely thrived throughout the years. 10/10 thanks again ladies.
