And she seemingly did my taxes expediently and correct without stress. She walks you through everything I highly recommend this service. She gets you your fair legal refund. You can relax when she’s finished. You will not be disappointed.

Do NOT use!!!! I would give no stars if possible. Gabriel did my 2023 tax return , filed on 2/14/2024 and I have still not received my refund as of 6/9/25! Ive left multiple messages and no one bothers to call back.

Do not ever file your taxes with Shayvenia Butler. She is the most rude and unprofessional tax preparer I have ever dealt with. My family and I filed our 2023 taxes with her, and all of our refunds were rejected. I completely understand that things happen, and I’ve been patient throughout the process. After months of trying to get an appointment with the IRS in 2024, I finally went in person and was told there was a “COVID credit” issue withholding my refund. I reached out to Shay to complete my amendment, only to find out she had forgotten to do it. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get an update. When she finally completed it, she sent me my new refund amount via text—but when I checked my actual refund document, the amount was completely different. I asked her to provide the correct amount because neither of the numbers she gave me were valid according to the IRS “Where’s My Refund” page and their automated phone system. Without the accurate refund amount, I can’t get through to an operator. Despite me being patient and respectful, she has had a nasty attitude simply because I asked questions about my return. At this point, I’m taking this to management because this level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.

I had an outstanding experience with this tax company, and I can't recommend them enough! My tax preparer, Kiy, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood every detail of my return. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident, and she really went above and beyond to make the whole experience as smooth as possible. If you're looking for expert service and personalized care, Kiy is the person you want handling your taxes. Highly recommend!

About Gorgeous Tax Pros. Im only giving 4 stars due to my Husband's situation but I can say this...it is definitely who you decide to file them with! I filed last year and at first things started off not so good very bad communication with the preparer. I then decided to call a DIFFERENT preparer within this business and reached out to Brittany G. and I'm glad I did! I explained to Brittany what was going on and she showed her concern took over and made things happen. She has EXCELLENT customer service and gives great updates. With that being said this is my second year with Gorgeous Tax Pros and she never disappoints me. Brittany G is the best and I will continue to use her. Highly recommend HER!❣️
