2 years agoThis virtual system has worked flawlessly for me for the past three tax seasons now! I am so glad I got connected with Felisha! While I have never met her, I have the utmost confidence in her handling my tax returns and have referred others. She's knowledgeable, does well at providing explanations and responding to questions, and she gives you templates (if needed) to help make things more seamless. I highly recommend FRW!

3 years agoI had filed an extension and needed someone to file my taxes in Oct, which included 2 schedule C. Unfortunately I procrastinated, but when I got in touch with Felisha she was great! She made it easy for me to provide my Sched C information as well as get her all my documents and other information virtually. It felt much more personal than the other virtual tax company I used in the past. Her prices were very reasonable. I appreciated that she found deductions for things I wasn’t aware of and adjusted my return accordingly. I will use her again and highly recommend her to anyone who wants a real tax pro.

3 years agoFRW Virtual Tax & Bookkeeping are absolutely outstanding! Super nice Staff and most importantly for me, patient. I'm new to doing Virtual Taxes and both Miss Felisha and Miss Rachel were very kind, understanding and patient with me. They would schedule a time to call if I did not understand one of the questions on the portal. Miss Felisha actually made me a spreadsheet to put my business on. So next year should be a breeze to get my taxes done and of course I'll be doing them with FRW! So anyone who is afraid of going completely virtual with there taxes, don't be. Not as long as you have FRW Virtual Tax & Bookkeeping as your tax Agents!
