To the Management of The Fruth and Company, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the tax preparation services provided for the 2025 filing season. My documents were submitted to your Tiffin, Ohio office on February 13, 2026. Over the past two months, I have experienced the following issues: Lack of Communication: My documents were held for nearly two months without proactive communication regarding missing information. Proactive Follow-up Required: I initiated contact three times to provide requested information, which should have been identified sooner. Delayed Filing & Errors: Despite waiting until April 15, 2026, to file, the final return was submitted with incorrect bank account information, despite a voided check being provided. This lack of diligence is unacceptable. I expect immediate correction of the banking information with the tax authorities and a review of you charging me for the lack of even completing a simple task. Sincerely Bryan
