a month agoOur experience with this firm was frustrating and disappointing. Communication was poor throughout as we felt that important details of our case was overlooked and forgotten. In addition, we did not feel properly informed or prepared for changes that should have been clearly communicated. After our original accountant left, whom we had a great experience with, we were reassigned to a non-CPA without a clear transition or explanation. This lack of continuity and oversight contributed to issues with our filings and added unnecessary stress. Overall, the process felt disorganized and lacking accountability. When you’re trusting a firm with your finances, you expect proactive communication and qualified support...neither of which we consistently experienced. I would not recommend this firm without first confirming exactly who will handle your account and how communication will be managed.

a week agoI initially received some inaccurate information which resulted in having to pay a sizable IRS penalty. I informed the company of what happened and, after a few consultations with the CPA, I received additional support that helped me to recover some of the loss. I appreciate the firm's efforts to work with me to rectify the situation.
