3 years agoSo far the staff have been very polite. My issue is still with signing up. If I use a non-numeric symbol followed by a lower case i to end my password, your system always capitalizes the I, which I expressly do not want. I hope your it team can fix the issue so I can log in.

4 years agoDo not use if you are not Tax savvy and they are not interested in helping you get it done. Then sent me a screenshot of there no refund policy. Never seen nothing like it, asked to pay them to do, and they still didn't help. Take your precious Tax issues to a company that cares about the outcome

3 years agoresolved problem and have filed. The only problem with the chat is the same problem that has plagued windows since they went to the bright white screen, you cannot see the box where you are supposed to type in.

4 years agoHorrible Service, They will not fix your return for free that is false advertising. Any errors they make you a pay again. I will have to now dispute with credit card company definitely false advertising.
