Called to get some questions answered about what services they offer. Receptionist did not listen and assumed I was looking for someone to do my taxes. Very condescending in her response about not accepting new clients. Was just looking to have some questions answered.

They might be great for their actual customers, but for new customers trying to give them business not so much. I called and spoke with the office ladies, they sent me to a voicemail. Never got a call back over a week later. I then stopped and spoke with the front office ladies, they said they would relay my message and have someone call me back. Still waiting! Horrible customer service!
