Good team, responsive to my calls and works well with my operating rhythm. I have very complex tax situations and they are always on top of it. Great people, great service!

Used one time and had my data hacked and fraudulent returns filed and still cant file my real returns (i was not the only customer impacted). Very bad attitude/response from the people who work there who have done not much to help. Not using again.

I contracted with EP Caine to do my 2021 taxes early in 2022. The accountant Mr. William Boylan did a fine job and was very prompt and responsive. Unfortunately Mr. Boylan left the firm and my case was transferred to Mr. Tyrone Hall. I had sent all my tax information to him over a month ago and have not heard from him once. This despite my calling and leaving messages multiple times. I had let them know then that I needed the return done quickly as I was applying for a student loan for my daughter. I find their complete lack of response completely unprofessional and would obviously not recommend.

In this day and age of TurboTax, H&R Block, Walmart, Target, rush rush rush it is a pleasure to have a friendly neighborhood CPA! Has guided my family since we moved to Philadelphia. Staff is knowledgeable and he is always readily accessible. When you have a concern you do not want to spend hours on hold, and with him you don’t!

Great experience with Ed & his staff, highly recommended! They will have me as a customer for life!
